This is a flipped version of our very successful Sweet & Twisted Du at Flat Rock Ranch. Two days of events, two challenging Duathlon courses with a MTN Bike/Trail Run/MTN Bike format. Also, we are adding a kid's crit and a King of the Hill battle on Saturday. Proceeds from this event benefits Bikes For Kids
